POTUS PULSE — PRIVACY POLICY

POTUS Pulse ("we", "the app") is an informational app that surfaces publicly
available social media posts and public market data. This policy explains what
we collect and why. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Push notification token. If you enable notifications, we store the anonymous
  push token your device provides (via Apple's APNs / Expo) so we can deliver
  alerts. It is not linked to your name, email, or identity.
- No account required. The app has no login. We do not collect your name, email
  address, contacts, location, or photos.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect personal profiles, do not track you across other apps or
websites, do not sell or share your data with advertisers, and do not show ads.

PUBLIC CONTENT WE PROCESS
The app analyzes publicly available posts from public figures and public stock
market data. This is third-party public content, not your personal data.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Supabase — stores app data and push tokens.
- Expo / Apple APNs — delivers push notifications.
- Anthropic (Claude) — analyzes public posts for stock sentiment. We do not send
  your personal data to it.

DATA RETENTION & DELETION
If you disable notifications or delete the app, you can request removal of your
push token at any time by emailing us, and it will be deleted.

CHILDREN
POTUS Pulse is not directed to children under 17 and is rated accordingly.

investment advice. It is independent and not affiliated with any politician,
their family, campaign, Truth Social, or Trump Media & Technology Group.

CHANGES
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the
"Last updated" date.
